The letter G

Today I almost cried over this.

Cursed pregnancy hormones!

Why you may ask?

I had been awake since 3am because a certain baby just wont move no matter how much I try to push and massage and toss and turn, and it feels as though my entire right side is bruised and beaten and on fire and I was on the verge of collapsing into tears and saying I quit.

And then while Kamuela was in the bathroom (surprise surprise) and I was making the bed, unbeknownst to us Ka'ihi was doing his writing all by himself. Not playing toys or watching tv, but doing his homeschool. And then he came running in to show us and exclaimed "look Mommy I did it all by myself! So fast!"

And he was so proud and eager to be a good boy and make me happy his little face just beamed and every pregnant fiber of my heart burst.

Also everyday he draws a picture of himself and they have really become quite detailed over the past week. This was today's.
