Keahu and the toilet

Keahu is 15 months old and has been fascinated by the toilet for a long time. Today after his shower he started making shishi on the mat (nice) and he stopped when I scolded him, so I just asked him if he wanted to go on the toilet and he was into it so he sat on Ka'ihi's old training seat for a while, I could tell he was trying to do something but couldn't tell whether he went shishi or not. So then I put a diaper on him and about 5 minutes later he went into the squat position that only means one thing - a number 2 is on its way. So I asked him again if he wanted to go to the toilet and he tottered off toward the bathroom, so I put him on and he did it!! He made his number 2 and when he was pau reached for the toilet paper. I was pretty impressed! I am not planning on toilet training him this young but I'm glad he's into it and maybe we'll keep going every now and then. Such a big boy! I feel like everything is going much faster this second time around!
